@KAFerrie Tahnks for joining this Community Family! In order to fix your issue.please try to unlink and relink both Fitbit account and MyFitnesspal account. How? Please follow the steps below:
1. Go to your Fitbit Dashboard, click the gear icon in the upper right corner, select "Settings" from the drop-down meny, click on "Applications" on the left side of your screen and clik on "Revoke Access" option under MyFitnessPal.
2. Re-link the two accounts by going to the app. Click here.
