OneTouch Syncing with Fitbit app

Has anybody gotten the Blood Glucose readings from the Onetouch Reveal App to Sync with the Fitbit app? I get an error when I try to connect the two apps from the Fitbit app. The OneTouch app appears not to have a connection issue with the Fitbit app.

I’m having the same issues too and I haven’t received any help from Fitbit support.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulty syncing your Fitbit app with the Onetouch Reveal App. Could you please confirm whether you are using the same email address for both platforms? If you are, I recommend that you contact  OneTouch® Solutions Customer Care and Customer Service, as it appears that the issue may be related to logging into their page.
