Outdoor bike no longer shows miles, only time

Hi There,

I have a Charge HR sharing data with Strava.

Everything was great until a few days ago, when it stopped showing the distance of the ride, see below.

Has anything changed? what do I ned to do, to get the mileage back?

Hi, @pbarring , it looks like your activities were automatically tracked using SmartTrack.  Activities tracked that way do not show distance.

Of the 3 Bike activities showing distance, these were also tracked automatically with SmartTrack. I wonder why these did manage to show mileage?

On my next ride I will manually kick off an excerise on the Charge HR (the same as I do with Strava) and see the results.

I think the bike activities must have been tracked differently somehow.  When tracked by SmartTrack it syncs as "outdoor bike" and has a pencil icon for renaming.
