My 6 month old Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017) SM-A320FL isn't on the list "approved devices" for pairing with my Charge 3. Where can I find the list of approved devices for the Charge 3 please?

But please keep in mind that if a phone is not on the list, it simply means that it has not been tested by Fitbit so they cannot say if it works or not. It’s usually worth trying, especially for the newer phones.
