I went to Planet Fitness for the first time today. I have the PF app and manually recorded my stats from the recumbent bike. I have it linked to my Fitbit App however that workout is not showing up in my Fitbit App under exercise. Do I have to enter it manually there as well? What's the point of it linking if it doesn't show up? Am I missing something?

I'm not sure what syncs between Fitbit and planet fitness, you might be best to ask them or check their third party FAQ

Since they changed the app none of my workouts show up I have sent 3 emails and I keep getting the same automatic response

it was a peaty big it is fixed now
well it’s not fixed, my workouts are not showing up on the planet fitness app at all unless I put it in myself what’s the use in that it used to show up in my pf app and my Fitbit nothing shows up in the PF app at all

I’ve done the same thing and gotten the same response really. Was all good until PF updated the app.

How d you even set up the synq with the new PF app

Same here with the old app everything sync between PF and Fitbit but now if the update PF app it seems you have to put it in yourself now wish they would fix it

@Slplsncc the sync between PF and Fitbit is between your Fitbit account and your PF account and happens between the 2 services with nothing to do with the phone or the Fitbit app.
If you have revoked PF and relinked the two accounts with no fix, then you will need to reach out to Planet Fitness. There isn't any other suggestions we or Fitbit can give since Planet Fitness is the owner and responsible for this link up

You would revoke Planet Fitness access to Fitbit from your connected application screen
Then through the Planet Fitness you will want to set the link back up.
If these two steps do not work then please reach out to Planet Fitness
