Lol.  Well it sure doesn’t seem like they’re in much of a hurry.  I spent 45 minutes trying to fix this last night before I logged into their FAQ forum and found out that they were down.  My guess is that it has something to do with the recent IOS update.  Regardless.....super frustrating!!!

I also have the same issue.  I've read the posts to disconnect and resync.  I've tried every variation via app and browser and I just can't get steps to sync up into MFP anymore as of Sunday.  Very anxious to get this back, I'm 20 pounds down and having Fitbit and MFP connecting is an integral part of my weight loss program.  Thanks.

Since the last update to both the Fitbit app and the Samsung Galaxy 7, Fitbit and MyFitnessPal aren't syncing. I have disconnected and reconnected the devices with no luck. Is this a new known bug... again? It seems like I always have problems every time something updates.

Hi, I also am having this exact problem.  I disconnected the apps on the computer, deleted both the apps on my phone, then after 1/2 hour, reconnected the apps on computer and reinstalled the apps but no luck.  Issue started on the 17th Dec also.  Following to see if there is another solution!

Same issue here since 12/17. Steps not syncing in MFP and food logged not syncing in Fitbit.  Hoping for a solution!!

This is an issue in the last couple of days for me too. I’m glad to see you’re aware of it. At least I know it’s a server communication issue and not something specific to my devices.

Same here since this morning.

MFP website indicates they have a problem that started yesterday and has not been resolved.

Hi, I also have the same issue since 17/12. Food log on MFP did not sync to Fitbit. I disconnect and reconnect few times but still having the same issue. I have the same issue at the beginning of this month. But after revoking the access to MFP and reconnect again, everything go back to normal. Really hope someone can help here... 😞

Okay, that's good news that it's something MFP is working on.  Do you have a link?  Thanks!

It seems this is an MFP problem.  There was an outage last night and they are working to fix it.

Having the same problem and tried all the same solutions with no success.  I not sure if last night's outage is really the source of the problem.  I have not been able to synch for two days.  I'm more inclined to think a recent update of MFP (12/15) is the source of the issue.  Interested to see what MFP's solution will be.

I haven't had this functionality since I went from a Charge to a Charge 2.

Might I just need to go through the merry dance of uninstallation, revoking access etc?

Ditto, I had done the same then I saw someone post a link to that article/page on these forums.

They have these issues every few months and it usually drives me back to logging food in fitbit.  I haven't done that yet since I have been using the MFP Recipes feature a lot lately and fitbit doesn't have the same functionality AFAICT.  And every time I do move back to fitbit for logging food I hate the limited food database, but at least I can manually enter the proper nutrition info if I have it.

having same problem...just started yeasreday (12/17/17). Tried disconnect/reconnect as well as steps suggested by myfitnesspal (most recent hep I found from them was from ladt January). Nothing worked. Even went so far as to uninstall and reinstall both apps. Still no success. Very dissapointing. My guess is there's a communication issue between your app and theirs. Using Samsung S7, but have the same problem on my Fire tablet...which was previously working just fine as well.

Been having the same issue since yesterday. Last sync was around 12:30 am Sunday.  Hasn’t connected since.
