I am hoping the fitbit app will eventually allow you to manually add exercise that is not captured by the devise.  Like bike riding, swimming, kayaking, weightlifting etc.  i see alot of people complaining that these activities are not counted which makes the fitbit somewhat useless.

And/or if it can sync with other widely used fitness trackers like SHealth or MyFitnessPal.

But at minimum, you should be able to manually enter activities.

Thanks!!!

Hi @ChrissyH,

I moved your post from the Web API support area to this Third-Party Integrations forum.

Good news is that you can manually log exercise! Read more about it at http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1144/

There are many third-party apps, like MyFitnessPal, that integrate with Fitbit. You can see some of them at https://www.fitbit.com/partnership
