There's an issue on the Fitbit side that's impacting calorie tracking and data syncing from 3rd party apps.

I saw a Moderator post today (12 Sep 2024) acknowledging the syncing issues and data transfer errors. He said that the team is working on identifying a resolution as quickly as possible.

For now, there's nothing more that we can do on our side.

Thanks for your response. It’s frustrating. It has been going on for several weeks. Don’t have a lot of confidence anymore in this company. Fitbit used to be a great company, and I have used their activity trackers for 11 years. But lately, very frustrating. My Luxe battery starting draining very quickly, and then randomly turning itself off, and the only way to turn it on is to plug it in. Can’t do that on a hike. I love it, but decided to buy a Charge. I regret that now. If this problem isn’t fixed (they’ve been working on it since at least Sept. 3), I’m just gonna give up on Fitbit. I need something reliable and consistent.

I understand your frustration. We rely on our Fitbits and these recent issues greatly impact our efforts for a healthy lifestyle. I truly hope that the team is able to get a fix out quickly.
