I've turned off all notifications but continue to get a buzz on my Charge 3 whenever a new hour starts on UHC Motion.
Most problematic: this happens at night even after my phone is in Do Not Disturb. (Fitbit set where it is not supposed to override DND and doesn't for any other notifications besides the UHC app)

@TOmmartin A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.
Since you've turned off all the notifications but you're still receiving UHT Motion notifications, please double check the notifications permissions that this app has. This might be the reason why it's sending too many notifications and you're still receiving them even when your tracker is in Do Not Disturb mode.
Also, please at night you may want to press the Charge 3's button, this will automatically turned off your notifications.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I have the app notifications turned off but still get notifications on my Charge 3. I'd like to solve the issue without me having to manual turn off my Charge 3 every night - that defeats the purpose of a timed Do Not Disturb feature

@TOmmartin Thank you for getting back.
Since this is a Wellness app program, this might be the reason why the notifications do not turn off even when all the others are off. You may want to contact the UHC Motion app for more information as you've done this procedure to turn them off.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@SilviaFitbit just happened again.... App notified me at 1:00am that a new hour was ready to "win"
My Fitbit is set to do not send notifications during sleep. Period. So it shouldn't matter what app is sending notifications... This is an issue that I need Fitbit to fix
