Renpho Scale and Fitbit still not syncing since converting to Google login.

There doesn't seem to be a resolution for this. Fitbit says check with Renpho and Renpho says check with Fitbit. Both apps are showing as connected but the weight does not update in Fitbit. It used to with just dinner until I was forced to sign in Fitbit with my Google account, so I suspect the issue lies there. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have tried all the suggestions --close both apps, reinstall, disconnect and reconnect. Nothing!

I am having the same issue. It started May 21st. I've deleted apps and reinstalled. Restarted devices. Toggled Fitbit on and off in renpho app. I emailed renpho but haven't heard back yet.

Hi. I have the same issue. My Renpho scales stopped syncing about a week ago. Renpho indicated an issue with Fitbit servers. Tried revoking access then connecting a couple of times and reinstalling apps. Also, stress score now seems to have stopped recording too.

It's affecting all 3rd party scales, not just Renpho.  The team is aware of the issue.

It's probably a server side fix, not and app update.

No idea when it will be fixed.

Renpho emailed me back and said it should be fixed with the update they are rolling out in phases. The update is 6.18.1, if I remember correctly

My scale synched this morning, no data for last 7 days though.

Mine hasn't yet. I did have a Fitbit app update this morning but not the Renpho one yet.

It started around the same time for me, too (May 20th).

GOOD NEWS: As of today, it started syncing again! I guess they worked out the glitch! Thank you!

Did you get the Renpho 16.8.1 app update? I haven't had that yet and still not syncing.

Mine did not update yet. Still 6.17.1. It synced again today.

It was a Fitbit issue, not Renpho.  All 3rd party scales were affected. 

My scale started syncing yesterday and it synced again today.

Oh right. Mi e at that version but still not syncing and logging manually in Fitbit.
