Until 4-5 days ago my smart scale, Renpho, was able to write data to FitBit's servers flawlessly. Then it stopped working and I found it impossible to authorize Renpho's app. The app connects properly to FitBit's App Authorization page, but clicking the Allow button produces no response.
Any help will be appreciated.

I've moved your thread into the Third Party Support @pro7dig
Through the fitbit app, revoke access.
Then through Renpho link the two accounts.
If this doesn't fix the issue, you will need to contact Renpho, since they are the controller of this link.

@Rich_Laue Thanks for your suggestions. As you can see in the screen dump linked below, the Renpho app takes me to the correct URI for linking it to my FitBit account, but when I click 'Allow' nothing happens. May I ask then, if the non-functioning form is clearly a part of the FitBit domain, how can it be, as you suggest, under the control of Renpho?

Thank you for updating and giving us the step of failure and what happens,
Renpho is responsible for the link. They also setup the link and without any info to work with, I could only give a generic answer.
You might want to try clearing the browsers cache, and refresh the page. if this doesn't work, I would reach out to fitbit.
BTW: it is better to tap the camera and insert the screen shot into the post, rather than a link.
