My FitBit Flex was replaced and now is not syncing with Weight Watchers or Engagement Health as it previously had. I have tried removing and adding the device on the accounts with no luck. WW said it's a FitBit issue. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Family @JLT214! It's nice to have you on board! Hey, let's work something out here. 🙂 Have you tried revoking access and then re-linking your Fitbit account with Weight Watchers or Engagement Health? That should do the trick. Just remember to sync your Flex afterwards!
