Ride distance is 1.3km less when synced to Strava

Hi there,

I'm using a Fitbit Blaze and I'm an android user. I have Strava and Fitbit linked up. 

 

Ride data did not sync automatically to Strava as soon as I finished the rides on Fitbit. However, after logging out and logging back in few times into Strava Android app, data started to appear.

 

When comparing data, ride path and heart rate seem to be accurate between Fitbit and Strava. However, the ride distances are not.

 

For example, one ride was recorded as 13.77km on Fitbit. The same ride synced to Strava from same data appears as 12.4km. How is this possible?

 

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

i am unable to like fitbit2 with Strava (it worked once).  can ANYONE help?!!!
