Tried reconnecting it 3 times. Appears to be connected but is not seeing/recording data. I enabled it to see all data I provided to the app. I did not allow location gps.. don't know if that is the issue. I don't see that my insurance co needs to know where I am at every moment? Feels a bit intrusive if so.

Hi @lorior I've moved your third party question to the third party board.
Since you have removed the connection between fitbit and Go365, then reconnected. You have done the only suggestion we are able to give. The next step would be to contact Gp365. They manage this connection.
