Fitbit Sense is still connected to Virgin Pulse but quit synching three days ago. How can I correct this?

This is a problem with Virgin Pulse, as with any sync issue.
Through the app or web, revoke permission to Virgin Pulse, then through Virgin Pulse connect the two accounts.
If this doesn't work then contact Virgin Pulse.
