I have been using MyFitnessPal to log my food and intergrate with my Fitbit Charge HR. My personal trainer wants me to consume certain gram amounts daily of protein, carbs, fat and fiber. However MyFitnessPal doesn't allow you to specify the gram amounts and only adjust percentages that change when you change one to add up to 100%. I also didn't see in the Fitbit dashboard how to do this other than modify the total number of calories. Does anyone know how to do this or know of an approved 3rd party App to work with Fitbit that allows you to customize it like this?

@AlicefromDallas It's great to have you here! In Fitbit you can only set the amount of calories eaten. You may want to check the list of supported apps to see if any of them is able to do that.
