Should I log the activity on MyFitnessPal?

I have been using fitness pal to track my food and activity which I have synced with my fitbit.  As the fitbit is tracking my steps already, should I include walking in my acitivity log on fitness pal?

Good question! No, you shouldn't log walking as an activity in MyFitnessPal or Fitbit Dashboard because as you mentioned Fitbit One already catched up all the information and uploaded to your Dashboard.

Any other activity that requires more than just steps should be log in your Dashboard, like tennis or yoga in order to improve the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn.
