Silenced Whatsapp Group still received as notification on the Blaze

Hi,

 

I have a group that I silenced for a year in Whatsapp, but messages are recieved as normal messages on the Blaze. Is there an way to disable the message for silenced groups or not even send them to the Blaze?

I'm not sure how WhatsApp works, in general Fitbit sends to the Blaze the notifacations that it receives.. 

If these messages are not showing up on the phones screen, then I would not expect them to show up on the Blaze. 

 

Hopefully someone else has figured it out.
