Step count no longer correctly exports from Fitbit to Lifesum

Hi.

Both my wife and I use a Fitbit Charge HR and are really happy with it. We also use Lifesum for tracking food, water etc as the support for Denmark is just a lot more comprehensive than what is currently found in Fitbit 😞

Until today, the number of steps was importing correctly into Lifesum. But now (since this morning), steps are no longer imported - instead there is a "workout activity" with an amount of kcal burned (there is a Fitbit icon so I know it comes from Fitbit). Also, Fitbit is no longer present in the Automatic Tracking menu in Lifesum - I certainly hope that the apps can still partner up?

This affects both my setup and my wifes - so I am confident that this did not happen because of any user side tampering...

Has anything changed in how data is available for import into other apps? Are you now transforming into kcal?

Thanks,

Thomas Jensen

My Lifesum app completely stopped importing from Fitbit today, and when I tried to sync manually I found that Fitbit had disappeared from the list of partners in Lifesum! I hope this will be fixed soon... 😞

It seems that both Fitbit and Runkeeper is temporarily removed from Lifesum. The Lifesum guys promise that it will return after they sort out some technical issues. There are a LOT of people complaining about this on their Facebook page.
