Steps from Fitbit not showing up on Myfitnesspal

My inspire 2 and MyFitnessPal are synced but my steps don't transfer to MyFitnessPal

Thank you for the information. At this time, I recommend trying to remove and then add MyFitnessPal back to Fitbit to refresh the connection. You can do this, by following the instructions below: 

 

  • Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  • Scroll down and tap or click Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  • Log in to your Fitbit account.
  • Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account.
