We have a wellness program at my job where if you get so many points you get a better rate on your premiums. My Fitbit charge 2 for some reason quit sending my steps to ManageWell from April 4, 2021 to July 29, 2021 and I don't know how to get them to show up on my account with them. They showed up on my Fitbit account but not my wellness one. Any suggestions would be welcome Thanks.

I would suggest to contact your HR or the person that signs you to the program to ask about steps that didn't log in the program.
