I have a solutions for everyone that dont see there steps on myfitnesspal I just figure it out and now I do see it on my app. If anyone having troubles with it let me know. It took me a while to figure it out. Okay for those who can't get their steps with MFP here are some steps that will help you get into MFP to record your steps. Go to the app tab there you will see on the right side of it where it said your apps click on your apps then click on disconnect then you will see App Marketplace then click on get it will bring you to where you can get your steps on to the fitbit steps. Then press allow and there you go. Let me know if anyone sees their steps on MFP

I’ve tried a lot of the stuff you’ve mentioned and I still can’t get my steps and Fitbit doesn’t show my food intake that I put on MyFitnessPal. Now I’ve revoked access from my Fitbit to MyFitnessPal and I can’t get it back on Fitbit. I don’t know what to do from here. Could you please help me?

Hello @reeceycup05 and @petersen1657.

@petersen1657 Thanks for sharing those steps.

@reeceycup05 Please do try to follow those steps to get the connection to work once again. if you still aren't able to connect them or get the information to sync, I'd recommend getting in touch with MFP directly

Let us know how it goes or if you have any questions we can help you with.
