Steps not showing up in MFP

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm really frustrated. I bougth the charge HR recently under the assumption that it would work with MFP. My steps are not showing up in MFP. The only way to get it to show up is to unlink it and relink it every time I want the new steps to show up. This is extremely frustrating.

What can I do about this?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @heidihomom! I'll be glad to provide some information about MyFitnessPal on Fitbit.

If you use MyfitnessPal, you need to make all food and water intake entries through their platform; this way your caloric budget for the day won't be affected. Fitbit will receive the MFP data.

Your manual logs and Fitbit calories will add up and adjust to your MFP budget. This is why if you were to log in any activities, they must be done through Fitbit, since logging them through MFP doubles them on your account.

Please note that your steps will not show directly on your MyFitnessPal daily budget, you will see only the calories given out by stepping. To get the latest data, please sync your Fitbit and then sync your MFP account.

Let me know if you have any questions :catvery-happy: Welcome to the forums!

This is happening to me as well. I updated my fitbit app this morning and now it won't integrate with MFP. I'm unlinked them and relinked but no dice yet. Hopefully it will be fixed soom I love the combination of my Charge HR, MFP and my Aria.
