Steps not syncing to My Fitness Pal

 I read the the recommended fix to sync daily steps from FitBit Charge 2 to MyFitnessPal, but it still is not working. I disconnected, closed both apps, reopened FitBit first, then MFP, reconnected, and still no luck. What am I missing?

It looks as if you missed one of the steps. 

If the above fails, please countact myfitnesspal they are responsible

I finally fixed it. I had to choose Steps in my Fitness Pal and FitBit as source. Instruction on MFP website.
