Steps not syncing to Myfitnesspal after switching to Charge 2

Last weekend I switched from a ChargeHR to a Charge 2.  Since then, my steps haven't synced over to my Myfitnesspal account.  The food I enter in Myfitnesspal syncs over to the Fitbit calorie counter though.

I have searched through the help areas both here and Myfitnesspal and have taken the most commonly recommended troubleshooting step of revoking access/unlinking/relinking my accounts multiple times and this has not resolved the issue.

How can I fix this issue and get these two apps communicating again?

A warm welcome to the Community @porkstacker! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've done. It's pretty weird because your food is syncing. I would like you to confirm that you selected steps as something that should sync to MFP.

If you've done, but you're still not getting the correct information. Then please contact MyFitnessPal so they can further investigate it.

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure what happened but the integration started working this morning.  I'm going to assume your post fixed everything.  Smiley Very Happy  Thanks!

I recently got a Charge 2 and I attempted to connect the 2 through the MFP but I am not seeing any data shared across the systems. Can I get some help to figure out what I need to do?

Welcome to the Community @brookskt! It's great to hear that you just acquired a Fitbit Charge 2. Please double check that your accounts are properly linked by going to your Dashboard > click on settings > applications there you should see MyFitnessPal.

Additionally, you can check what information is going to sync between Fitbit and MyFitnessPal by going to this post. Are you not seeing any information synced to Fitbit or viceversa? Are you logging food in MFP?

Keep me posted!
