I was syncing my FB step count to my Noom account. Step count is no longer on my dashboard and Noom is not receiving data. Noom app shows that FB is still my chosen data source, however, there has been no data sent to Noom and I cannot find Step count anywhere on FB.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your steps not syncing over to your Noom account. I'd like to help you out!
Noom doesn't appear to be an app that works with Fitbit officially but I can recommend going to your account settings from a computer. For this, once you're in the dashboard, tap on the gear icon at the top right corner. Then, click on Settings and in the column on the left side, click on Applications. You should find Noom here. Click on the Revoke Access button and then, go to Noom and link both accounts again.

Sorry for replying to an old post but since it comes up as over of the top search results about noom step tracking I just wanted to say this problem seems to be fixed.
I use a Fitbit inspire HR + Noom with no issues.
I also turned off battery optimization for noon, Fitbit, Google health, and Samsung health just to be sure they work on the background. (Android).
Hope this helps anyone else who's trying to determine if these two work together.
