I've had my Charge 3 for about 7 months. I recently started hiking and also started using the Strava App. At first I had both FitBit and Strava connected but found that I was losing about 1,500+ steps after a strenuous hike up a mountain. I think I understand that FitBit is averaging my steps based on the Strava GPS information but when I'm hiking up a steep hill/mountain, my steps are much smaller so when it averages the steps I'm losing so many. After researching this I disconnected the two apps so that I could track them separately. Today suddenly they are linked again and I lost about 2,000 steps. So very frustrating! I've read there is a way to delete the Strava data from my FitBit and it will revert back to the FitBit logged activity but I don't know how to do that and can't seem to find instructions online. Can somebody help me understand? I'd like to get those steps back! I'm also going back in to revoke the connection between the two apps again. Hopefully this time it will stay revoked and not suddenly reconnect.

@LynelleJ Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with Strava and Fitbit.
Please check the information that's going to sync between Fitbit and Strava:
From Fitbit to Strava:
From Strava to Fitbit:
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
