Strava does not receive HR data from Fitbit

I completed a run yesterday and the activity was synced to Strava, but not the heart rate.

This keeps happening and is very annoying as Strava uses heart rate calculations for effort and progress etc. I run with my old iPhone (with no internet) finish the activity and then sync on my WiFi when I get home. Using the same setup I have uploaded runs with HR with no problem many times.

It seems this has been a problem for many people over the past few years. What resolution is there?

Hello @ee23.

Thanks for sharing those details and on the matter. Let me help you figure out what is going on.

In this case, you mention that you are tracking with your iPhone. My question would be if you are only using the phone to track your run or if you are using a Fitbit device to do so? If you are using a Fitbit device, what phone is it? If you are not using a Fitbit, how are you tracking your HR?

I look forward to your reply.
