I've been successfully automatically syncing my GPS-tracked activities to my Strava account via the 3rd party integration for it. However it has stopped working in the past couple of days and I'm having to instead manually download the TCX file and re-upload it to Strava.
Is there a problem with the 3rd party integration with Strava? Can it be fixed?

Since Monday my cycling commuted and other activity are not updating Strava.
I have started and stopped apps, restarted Bluetooth and restarted apps
I have stopped and restarted connections. Nothing works.
Very disappointed in Fitbit charge 2 and e2e interconnectivity.

Welcome to the Forums @meh106.
Thanks for letting us know that you have been manually exporting the data. Let me help you figure out what is going on.
In this case, I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article to disconnect the two apps and then try connecting them once again. That should definitely help in getting it all to work.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

This has happened to me too, the integration worked for my run on Sunday 24 Feb but has not worked since, runs on Tue and today (Thu 28) have not synced. I have followed the steps to unlink and relink my fitbit and strava accounts, and done another short test run, and that has not synced either. Is the integration broken at the moment?

I tried the steps you suggested but it did not help. My GPS-tracked activities are still not being automatically synced to Strava.
To be clear: I revoked access, both on via the FitBit website and via the Strava website. I then connected them again and logged into both websites verifying that both listed each other as having access granted. An hour or two later I then did a bike ride that was GPS tracked. It is shown in my Fitbit account -along with the map of the route, but it did not automatically get synced to my Strava account.

Welcome to the Forums @gavinaiken. Hello @meh106.
Thanks for letting me know that you have both tried to disconnect the apps and then connect again.
I'd like to ask some questions to better understand the situation:
Additionally please keep in mind that activities that have not synced will not be syncing retroactively.
Let me know if there are any further questions.
Look forward to your reply.

I also have this issue. My run on Tuesday did not sync, so I followed the steps advised. My run from 8 hours ago also did not sync. Everything appears to be correct in both accounts but the Fitbit activities are not being pushed to Strava.

I actually put these details already in my original post, but to restate:
My run on Sunday 24 Feb synced fine but nothing has worked since then - runs on Tue 26 Feb and Thu 28 have not synced. (So the problem started some time after Sun 24 Feb and before Tue 26 Feb). After disconnecting/reconnecting my accounts on Thu I did a short test run which shows in the Fitbit app but has not synced to Strava. I just checked Strava and none of those runs are there yet. Just to be sure, I just did another quick test run, again, this has not synced to Strava yet.

Hello, in response to your questions and comments:
The first time I noted that an activity did not automatically upload to Strava was on Wednesday afternoon (UK time).
Yes it has continued. I have completed a bike ride 15 minutes ago, for example, and this has also not been uploaded to Strava. No GPS tracked activities that I've done since Wednesday afternoon have been uploaded to Strava. In each case I have verified that it was synced to the Fitbit app and appeared on my activities list on fitbit.com. I have left it up to an hour before manually syncing. This has consisted of 6 rides and 1 run over this period so far.
I am already aware that activities that are not automatically uploaded will have to be manually uploaded by me, even after this issue is rectified.
As a community moderator are you in a position to find out whether Fitbit are aware of this issue and looking into it?

Exactly the same problem here. Was working absolutely fine up until a couple of days ago. Have since revoked access and unlinked strava account, then added again multiple times, but no change...new activities still not automatically updating, so I am having to manually download and upload activities. IS there a fix?

A warm welcome to the Community @Kinloch. I have moved your post to this board, because it's more related to the topic.
I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've performed and the details mentioned. I would like you to make sure that you've unlinked both applications by following these steps:
- Go to your online Dashboard > click on settings
- Click on applications > look for the Strava app
- Click on Revoke access
After this, please try performing another exercise and check if it syncs to Strava.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted.

Same problem for me - sync to Strava has not worked automatically this past week. I'm having to upload .tcx files. And yes I have revoked access and relinked my accounts

Hello, I have the same problem, my Ionic won't connect to Strava, I go to Authorize on the app and it asks to take me to the Fitbit app and then I go back to the Fitbit Settings page, no login, and goes round in circles, help please?

I appreciate there has already been extensive threads on the Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing up with Strava.
However, I am discovering this issue is now occuring for me, right now.
I contacted Strava first, no problem on their end.
My fitbit is working fine- syncs up to the app and the desktop and records my activities.
I have tried all the solutions (reboots, reinstalls, revoking access, checking gps is on)
Is there really anything else left to try? Or do I just accept that I'll manually have to upload my runs?

It is your Fitbit account that syncs to Strava, not the Charge 2.
What type of exercise is not syncing @wizward1882 .
Only Run and Bike recorded with GPS will get sent to Strava.

Same problem here. Last auto sync was Monday 25th. Doing manual tcx is fun without a computer. Un linked and relinked. Still not working. Uninstalled both apps and reinstalled and linked but still same issue.

Same issue. I map my runs in Strava (as the connected GPS tends to be a bit spotty for me) however, the run on Strava has not imported to Fitbit.
I have tried revoking access etc etc, but no luck.
Any suggestions?

@DavidWThompson sounds like syncing between Fitbit and Strava is broken in both directions then. Might be a separate issue but might also be related.
