As described in post:
--> Manually logged Strava activities SHOULD NOT sync over to Fitbit. Unfortunately it actually does that now.
I know "recorded" Strava activities are supposed to do that (which is fair), but manually entered ones should not do it per documentation.
The problem is that this sync-over clears the active minutes and calories burned in Fitbit.
I cannot have recorded activities in Strava because I walk in a small yard where neither Strava nor Fitbit can record the GPS activity properly (quite normal).
I have tried the following:
- Revoke Fitbit access from Strava
- Uninstall Fitbit app
- Reinstall Fitbit app
- Re-do Strava connect with Fitbit
... and it did not help in any way. Also, I tried deleting the synced-activity-from-Strava on Fitbit. Momentarily the calories and activity minutes back, but then the "auto-recognized" walk (matching the same timeframe) activity got deleted from Fitbit and my hands are empty now 😯
This is quite annoying 😡 I might say and I hope for a resolution.

@XceptN Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for taking the time to share what you're experiencing with Strava and Fitbit. I appreciate the research done.
As you mentioned manually logged activities shouldn't sync to Fitbit. I would like you to provide me with screenshots of the manually logged activity on Strava and on Fitbit. Also, let me know if you're logging it using the app or the web Dashboard of Strava. Is this happening with any other activity or just with walk?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
