Why can’t I sync my Strava  account to my Fitbit account please it tells me on my Fitbit versa 2 account it’s connected but on my Fitbit it doesn’t

@helenholmes Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

It sounds like you have already linked Strava to Fitbit on your Versa 2 but it's not showing on your Fitbit account. Please follow this procedure to link them both. After this, please check your online Dashboard or Fitbit app to check if both accounts were successfully connected.
