My last several runs (Charge 5 using phone GPS) tracked properly and uploaded to the Fitbit app, but only the first part of the run loaded to Strava and the rest dropped. This is despite the GPS tracking my entire run and showing the proper map in the FitBit app. I have been using Strava with Fitbit since 2020 and never encountered this particular problem. Anyone else encounter this? Any idea how to fix it?

Only solution I found is to export TCX file, delete the run on Strava and reimport it.
Its a new problems for me (Using Fitbit app on Android Device). I did a longer run today (6h15) and app crash when I try to take a look at it, but distance on strava is good, but I like to get a track of my laps timing evolution over the time.

happened to me again today...about 1.5 miles into my run. I see how to export the TCX file. How do I reimport it into Strava?

I am experiencing the same issue, and seems others are as well. Let's hope it gets fixed soon. For reference, here is my thread on the issue:

Upper right of Strava website -- Upload activity. I have not found a way to upload a TCX file from the Strava app.

My 6km run today only showed up for 400m in the Strava map, but all the other details have transferred correctly. I downloaded the TCX file and it had the second-by-second details (latitute, longitude, altitude, distance, heart rate) - nothing out of order to indicate why the map was cut short. I raised with Strava support but they're blaming Fitbit!

Happened to me to just today. Must be something recent that Fitbit broke. I say Fitbit because I see no issues with Garmin uploads to Strava. If it was on the Strava side, I'd see the problem when using Garmin or any other watch.

Same issue, happened several times since the first issue on Jul 19th. The full track is recorded and visible in the Fitbit app, but is not being handed over to Strava correctly. Other data (distance / speed / time) are correct, only the gps data seems to be missing. A random distance from the start of the track is available in Strava, ranging from just a couple of 100m up to a few km in the track but always the first part from the start.
Annoying! @support please advise.
