Been Fitbitting for over a year. Synching well with Strava. Have a Surge. Finally ran my first with-Fitbit marathon on Sunday and 'disaster' - no synching with Strava, despite accounts being linked and always synching before, etc. So I can't compare what happened against my previous long runs, etc. Re what happened, the wheels came off at 30K and I practically crawled to the finish line, so this is sort of a Strava post-mortem and I could do with the comparisons. Am concerned that if I unauthorise and reauthorise I will lose the Sunday data I need.

Hi there @Roscoejohn, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. It a bummer this has happened in the middle of your marathon.
I know you are afraid to loose your data, although the best troubleshoot to offer is to revoke access to the Strava and set it up again, since this integrations are not developed by us and we cannot control how the data is synced. So if the issue persists give it a try:
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
