I have been using my Surge and updating automatically to Strava for many months, but yesterday I did a run which has not shown up on Strava. It shows the route OK within the Fitbit dashboard etc. I have disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit and Strava accounts, but no luck. When I try to manually download the run Fitbit says it cannot download at this time try again later, but 12 hours later, still no luck and no sign of it on Strava. Any help would be appreciated.
I have the same problem. My run from this morning has not synced with Strava and I am also unable to export the file to upload to Strava manually
Snap, I've had the exact same issue with fitbit not syncing with Strava, when I try to download the tcx file it constantly comes up with an error.
sort it out Fitbit 👍
My lunchtime run today still hasn't synced with Strava, but a short afternoon walk did. I've tried to export the run as a TCX file without any joy.
What gives?
Eventually the manual download has worked and I have managed to manually upload it into Strava. Not sure if Fitbit have done something in the background, but no communication from them.... ![]()

Update: My Surge and Strava account have been syncing automatically for the last few days. Only had to upload one run myself in the end.
Best AnswerI tried that first, but with no luck. However, since having to upload the one run manually it has been syncing OK.
