I've been asked to test a new app called Your Cardioguru. The app requires the use of a HRM but when I try to pair my Charge HR I keep getting a message with a no device found message. Can anyone help in pairing my Bit please?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community my friend @JimmyAsh! Hmmm...I was curious about the name of the app you're mentioning "Your Cardioguru", Where did you get this invitation from? The name of this new app doesn't sound familiar to me, you can always find all the applications that can be linked with Fitbit Dashboard here. May be that's the reason why you're getting errors while linking both applications. Smiley Embarassed

The app 'Your Cardioguru' is new app that's in testing. It isn't yet available on iOS or android to the wider public. This is why you can't find it as its only available to app testers

Understood my friend @JimmyAsh, what I'm confuse about is if you wanna be part of that new App or you're just waiting for us to approve it as a one of our apps?
