Sync to Strava not working and "unable to export activity" error

Good afternoon -

 

Sync to Strava is not working; neither is TCX export. Error when I try to export says "We were unable to export this activity. Please try again later." Please advise.

Hello @Armygrrl44 and @ugbug. I've been investigating if this error is from our end, although so far there are no reports. I will pass through this information  to my teammates to find more updates.

 

I would recommend to reconnect both accounts, however the error is when you try to export a TCX file to Strava, so it wont do any good to try this troubleshooting. In the meantime try to contact Strava support to learn more about this error.

 

If I got more updates, I will let you know!
