Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Culyanne

I am glad to assist you with your concern on how to get your exercise to sync with MyFitnessPal. Please confirm if you've linked your Fitbit account to MyFitnessPal: to link your two accounts, please go to www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal and click “Get Started”. You will then be prompted to either log in or sign up with your MyFitnessPal account.

Once connected you will be able to view the foods and activities that you log on your MyFitnessPal account on your Fitbit Dashboard. From the "Check In" section of your MyFitnessPal account, you will see the steps taken and sleep tracked by your Fitbit device.

For more information, please see this help article: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

I'll be around if you need further help!

For me, both MyFitnessPal and MapMyFitness apps have stopped syncing with my Fitbit. I look on my settings for both Fitbit and the apps and they both show being connected. This happened probably 2 months ago. What's going on?

I don't know but it's a pain

So I think I got mine working again - I had to disconnect them all from one another and then reconnect them. It has worked but I wonder why it stopped in the first place and if it will stop again in the future???

Hi @LiliyaFitbit I am having trouble locating the "Get Started" from that link (www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal) because it redirects me here https://www.fitbit.com/partnership which does not give me any option to sync MyFitnessPal to my Fitbit. Currently, my Fitbit dashboard doesn't even list MyFitnessPal as an application... can you please shed some light on how I can sync it? thanks!
