Is there any possibility to sync data between "Run on Earth" and Fitbit? (Through another program or app could be a possibility?)

Fitbit provides an open API to 3rd party developers to sync your Fitbit info with their apps. You would need to ask over at Run on Earth if they are using it. Also, the current API does not include heart rate or GPS data, but an update is in the works.

 

Not knowing what (if any) other apps Run on Earth connects with, I can't answer your other question.
