Synced Fitbit Calories on MyFitnessPal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Today, MyFitnessPal calculated a 1246 Fitbit Calorie Adjustment, which includes BMR calories burned of 1628. I have a 1600 / day food calorie goal and ate 1125. That leaves 1721 remaining. I basically had a 40 minute elliptical workout including 9000 steps. How can I have 1721 remaining that doesn't sound correct.

@Huboluv you say you just did a 40 minute elliptical, have you synced your tracker since. Has MFP synced with Fitbit since you did the Elyptical? This step is not instantaneous.

Do you see the added steps from your exercise in MFP.

Yes I'm asking you to be the detective since I'm unable to do it.

Yes thanks for asking. Yes I manually synced in MFP by clicking more and
Sync after the Elliptical. That was an extra 4,000 steps and 473 calories
burned. The extra steps did show up. So is this correct? I had a 1200
caloriesurplus for the day?

Thanks for your help!
