Synch not connecting to WW app via iPhone 11 pro

I have an iPhone 11 Pro iOS v 13.4.1 that will not synch with WW (Weight Watcher) app. I’m able to select the device and login, but it doesn’t connect. It never gives me an error message.

@Mblrusa A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details shared. 

 

I would like you to make sure that your Fitbit watch/tracker is properly syncing to your account in order to transfer this data to WW app. If it's syncing properly but you're still experiencing difficulties, please contact WW directly, they should be able to continue assisting you.
