Synching Fitbit to Strava

I’ve searched the community and although it shows that the question has been answered, it really hasn’t.

How can I automatically synch all of my exercise activities to Strava including non-GPS activities? I’ve synched both my Fitbit and Strava accounts but it is not uploading.
