Syncing Charge HR to mapmywalk

I have been trying to get my Fitbit to sync with MapMyWalk for months now.  I have followed the online instrucations and it says it is syncing but there is no data on MapMyWalk.  I have tried to contact MapMyWalk via their Customer Service online, via FaceBook and Twitter with no response for almost 4 months.

 

Does your Charge HR sync with any of the MapMy.... Walk/Run/Fitness programs?

Mine correctly syncs with My Fitness Pal and Endomondo so the problem is likely on MMW's end. You will have to keep pressing them for an answer.

Month number 5 with no response from MapMyWalk.  Their customer service site is finally backup.  I spent $30 bucks for MVP service and getting nothing in return.
