Syncing Fitbit Flex with Weight Watcher

Rejoined WW just over a month ago and my fitbit won't sync.

WW told me tonight that fitbit requires you to reach a BASELINE is 10000 steps before it will send anything to WW.  10000 seems like a really high baseline.

Anyone else having similar issues?

When I was on WW a few years ago, they actually synced and every step was recorded.  You can still go on the ww website on the computer and quick add your daily steps, but not from the app.

Does this make sense to anyone?

Hi there @daflowers. I'm glad to see that you're part of the Fitbit family! 😄

In this situation, I'd recommend going ahead and unlinking your WW account and to link it back to Fitbit. This will correct any syncing error between both sites. To unlink your accounts, please go from Fitbit to your account settings, choose the Applications section at the left and here click on "Revoke Access" which should look like this:

Once you do this, go back to WW and link your Fitbit account again and everything should be syncing properly now.

Still having the issue.   When I go back into link the  accounts on my dashboard Weight Watchers is not there. So fustrating 😞
