Syncing Fitbit with Myfitnesspal

I have literally done everything to make this work. I have had at least 3 other Fitbits and have never had any problem syncing them. I just hit the support button and Sebastian answered the phone. I was on hold for 10 mins before I gave up. If he would have come back a few times and said that he was working on it I would have continued holding. He didn’t. I have done everything I know to do.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Chicoqua. Thanks for letting us know that you have done everything to make your Fitbit Sync with MyFitnessPal. 

 

Could you please confirm that you have already disconnected Fitbit and MyFitnessPal and paired them again? What do you get when trying to see your activity?
