Hi I've Fitbit app in my android mobile and I've synched with my device. It works fine. I need to track my activities in another app called Jiff. My log in id for Fitbit is. when I log on to Fitbit from Jiff using my login id it shows zero activities.

May be I don't understand how all these work..

Some kind of assistance would be of great help.

Welcome to the Community @Vanniarajan! Thanks for those details. Currently, Jiff isn't listed as a supported app. In this case, the best thing to do will be to contact Jiff directly so they can give you further information.
