Syncing information from Fitbit Flex to My Fitness Pal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have started using my fitbit again along with the My Fitness Pal App.  Even though MFP says it is connected to Fitbit, my steps are not being transferred.  I've disconnected, revoked authorization, logged out and back in and I continue having the same issue.  I was able to use both services a few months ago but for some reason, Fitbit and MFP aren't communicating.  I also read that Fitbit should be receiving food information that I enter on MFP and that is not happening either.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Hello @busterthedog, Its nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community. If you have link your MFP and Fitbit account already, keep in mind all the food you logged in MFP will be synced with your Fitbit account under your Food log as a Summary of MyfitnessPal with the subtotal of calories.

If the steps are not syncing, review you have selected the Fitbit tracker as a device from where your steps are coming from. This can be done through the mobile app:

If you are on iOS press more / if you are on Android tap on the horizontal lines in the upper left corner > scroll down through the menu and select Steps > Here select Fitbit tracker.

If you are doing this from the web browser go to  http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps and click on the option "Steps" to connect your tracker.

Keep me posted if you need more help, I'll be around.
