Syncing my Fitbit with my Weight Watchers

I need to sync my WW App to my Fitbit to track activity/steps.  WW says my settings need to be on all day sync.  I did that and it worked for 1 day.  Can anyone help with why and how to sync for every day?  Thanks

Make sure tyat you do a manuwl sync before th ed day ends.
