Syncing new surge to existing Strava account

I am exchanging my faulty Surge for a new one. Is it an easy process to link the new device with my existing Strava account? Any suggestions are welcome. BTW I haven't tried to do it yet , thought I'd ask the question first.

Hi, @Michael1967! Do you already have your Fitbit account linked to Strava? If so, that's all you need to do, your new Surge will link into your existing Fitbit account and nothing will change on the Strava end. If you've never done it before, generally 3rd party apps are linked in via the 3rd party side and then start communicating immediately, very painless.
