Syncing to new MFP account

My FitBit is linked to a MFP account that I no longer have access to and I'm trying to connect it to a new one. I have already gone in through the settings and revoked access from MFP hoping that that would reset the connection. However, I keep getting the "this FitBit is linked to a MFP account" message.

 

Anyone have any suggestions on what I should try next?

A warm welcome to the Forums @alyssaishere. Where are you seeing this message, on your Fitbit account or MFP account? If it is on your MFP account, I recommend contacting directly MFP customer support and double check in Fitbit this by doing the following from a computer:

 

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Applications

3. Click Revoke Access to MFP

4. Sync
