Syncing with Healthtrails

Is anyone using Healthtrails? Does it take a little while for fitbit to sync your information to the healthtrails website? I have synced my fitbit and everything is accurate on my fitbit dashboard however it is not sending the information to the healthtrails website.

 

Any guesses? Please & Thank you.

@Sanderella Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for your question! I moved your post to the Third-Party Integrations Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here.

 

If the integration is not working properly; please do the following:

 

  • Log in to your online dashboard.
  • Go to the "Applications" page.
  • Locate Healthtrails and click "Revoke Access".
  • Then, re link both apps. 

That should help you out. If it is still not working properly; the best thing to do is to contact Healthtrails directly, they will be able to further help you out with this!

I'm on the online dashboard... There is no selection or link for Applications. Please advise.
